Research On The Evolution And Experience Of The Party’s Discipline Construction From The Perspective Of Constitution Of The Communist Party Of China

After the founding of the Communist Party of China,the construction of party discipline has been an extremely important task in the history of the Party?s development.As the “lifeline” of the development of a proletarian party,discipline construction has continuously drawn upon the important theories on discipline construction from classical Marxist writers,as well as the theoretical and practical experiences of the Communist Party of China’s past leaders,to serve as a theoretical basis for the Party?s inheritance and innovation in the new era.The Party has taken the path of combining governance of the Party with governance of the country in accordance with the rules and laws.As the fundamental law of the Party,the history of the revision of the Party?s discipline in the Party Charter is a history of the Party?s discipline construction.This paper takes the disciplinary construction of the Party as a whole since the establishment of the Communist Party of China(CPC),grasps the two main lines of the foundation of the Party Charter and disciplinary construction,and on this basis,adopts a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research to summarise the relevant expressions of the Party?s disciplinary construction at various historical stages,and studies the changes in the regulations and the practical history of the Party?s disciplinary construction in the context of the revision of the Party Charter of the CPC,specifically The paper also examines the changes in the Party?s disciplinary system and the history of its practice in the context of the revision of the Party Constitution,including the content,reasons and significance of the disciplinary system from the First Party Constitution to the 20 th Party Constitution.In different periods of history,the Party?s constitution has changed according to the needs of reality,and has been constantly adjusted in the process of practice,in order to better promote the overall development of the Party and safeguard the Party?s leadership position.On this basis,the experience of party discipline construction under the revision of the party constitution is summarised as follows:(1)the development of the party?s cause must be guaranteed by party discipline;(2)the discipline system with the party constitution as the core must be continuously deepened;(3)party discipline construction must adhere to the discipline being stricter than the law and the discipline and law being effectively connected;(4)party discipline construction must be carried out by a dedicated body to fulfil its duties and responsibilities;(5)party discipline must be implemented and supervised as its life.The key to achieving the second century of goals in the new era lies in the Party,and the Party?s construction is important in discipline,and the Party?s discipline construction has a bearing on the Party?s success or failure.We must persistently promote the discipline of the party,rule the party strictly,resolutely implement the duties assigned to the party by the constitution and the party constitution,promote the overall improvement of the quality of party construction,and effectively take up the mission of the times given by the people.
