In the process of urban rail transit construction project,the participants are increasingly diversified,which makes it difficult for the project contract organization with the public sector as the core to coordinate the response to uncertainty in time and achieve continuous recovery or even reverse after adversity.The negative impact has seriously affected the performance of urban rail transit construction projects.Organizational resilience can predict,monitor environmental changes in daily management activities or respond positively to major crises,thereby helping organizations to resume normal operations from interference and even develop new capabilities.Therefore,improving the organizational resilience of projects is the proper meaning of improving urban rail transit projects.Based on the above problem orientation,this study first proposes the variable of organizational resilience to describe the ability of project organization,and on the basis of literature review and public governance theory,dynamic capability theory and stakeholder theory,based on the ’ organizational asset-ability-performance ’ study paradigm,the pre-variable team communication is determined.Secondly,based on the social network theory,the social network is selected as the moderating variable of the influence of team communication on organizational resilience,and the conceptual model of organizational resilience is constructed.Finally,the data of team communication,organizational resilience,project performance and social network were collected through questionnaires,and 359 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.SPSS26.0 and Amos were used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,and the structural equation model method was used to empirically test the study model.The results show that team communication can promote the development and improvement of organizational resilience,which is reflected in the existence of opportunism in Urban rail transit construction projects,and team communication can affect all aspects of organizational resilience to strengthen the willingness and ability of organizational collaboration to cope with risks.In addition,the mediating effect of organizational resilience exists between team communication and project performance.The moderating effect of social network on the mediating effect only exists between team communication and adaptive resilience in organizational resilience.Team communication can improve organizational resilience to improve project performance.The complex information brought by team communication needs to be processed and process performance makes the mediating effect of social network on learning and innovation ability in organizational resilience insignificant.The study conclusions and relevant results of this study are conducive to the public sector and other participants of urban rail transit construction projects to attach importance to learning and grasping the knowledge inside and outside the organization.At the same time,it also provides theoretical support for improving social network and team communication among project participants,and provides theoretical guidance for project organizations to increase organizational resilience and hoist project performance throughout the construction process,provides direction guidance for the final achievement of stakeholder satisfaction. |
