Study On Social Satisfaction Under The New Governance Model Of "Hollow Village" In Zhangbei County

Our country has entered the 14 th "Five-Year" Plan period,starting a new journey in building socialist country.The Party’s twenty Congress put forward the important discussion of construction and beautiful countryside,it can be seen that the issues of "agriculture,rural areas" are still the top priority of the whole Party’s work.After the reform and opening up,especially since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of economy and society,mechanization,science and technology,and construction began to enter the agricultural field,which has brought huge economic benefits to farmers and liberated a large part of the rural labor force.In order to obtain greater economic benefits,they began to pour into the city,which led to the continuous reduction of rural permanent population,left-behind old people,left-behind children and the problem of broken houses,hollow villages also gradually highlighted,become an important challenge facing rural development.In 2018,the whole province of Hebei began to implement the "hollow village" governance work,Zhangbei County combined with the county actual use of new construction,village combined construction and in situ remediation of the problem of "hollow village" governance.To test the effectiveness of "hollow village" governance,there has been no systematic promotion in the local area.From the perspective of "hollow village" governance of relocated people,this thesis will obtain basic data by means of reference,visit and research,discussion and exchange,and explore the influence degree of 23 specific indicators in four dimensions of social economic security,community cohesion,social integration and social empowerment on relocated people’s social satisfaction based on the social quality theory with the help of factor analysis.In order to effectively correct the local government in the "hollow village" governance in the process of focusing on economic policy misunderstanding,for the local government in the future to provide better,more targeted public service products to continuously improve the social satisfaction of the relocated masses pointed out the feasible direction.To test the effectiveness of "hollow village" governance,there has been no systematic promotion in the local area.From the perspective of "hollow village" governance of relocated people,this thesis will obtain basic data by means of reference,visit and research,discussion and exchange,and explore the influence degree of 23 specific indicators in four dimensions of social economic security,community cohesion,social integration and social empowerment on relocated people’s social satisfaction based on the social quality theory with the help of factor analysis.In order to effectively correct the local government in the "hollow village" governance in the process of focusing on economic policy misunderstanding,for the local government in the future to provide better,more targeted public service products to continuously improve the social satisfaction of the relocated masses pointed out the feasible direction.
