Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Fire Supervision And Management In Jining District Of Ulanqab

Fire has the characteristics of high probability and great harm,and has a direct impact on public safety and social development.In recent years,the speed of urbanization in our country is increasing,the social wealth is accumulating year by year,and the economic gross is increasing,but these factors also make the fire accidents happen more frequently.With the continuous development of domestic economy,fire safety construction and economic and social development do not match,the situation is increasingly prominent.In particular,with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of Urbanization by country,the number of large-span,large-space and large-volume buildings in cities is gradually increasing,and the fire safety situation is increasingly grim.At the same time,the people’s use of materials such as oil,water,electricity and gas for production and living has also been increasing,and disaster-causing factors have been on the rise,the fire safety situation will be serious for a long time in the future.Since the beginning of the new century,Jining’s economic and social development and urbanization process has gradually accelerated,with the emergence of high-level,underground,large-scale personnel-intensive places,chemical enterprises and other units,t_these places have high risk of fire,complex hidden dangers,and lead to great pressure on fire supervision and management.Based on the fire supervision and management in Jining District of Ulanqab,this thesis applies the new public management theory,the risk society theory and the public goods theory,and adopts the field investigation method and comparative analysis method,considering the current situation of fire supervision and management in Jining,and summarizing the experience and effectiveness,this thesis analyzes the current situation from five aspects:system formulation,supervision efficiency,unit performance,publicity and education,and supervision team,to find out the existing problems in fire supervision and management in Jining,analyze the causes of the problems,drawing on the advanced practices in relevant fields in some domestic regions,summarize the experience and enlightenment,and combine the actual situation in Jining,to ensure fire safety and stability in Jining,and to enhance the level of fire control in Jining,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the system construction,optimizing the supervision mode,promoting the implementation of duties,improving the level of publicity,perfecting the construction of the team and strengthening the sense of purpose.
