| The education and assistance management of rural left-behind children is a very complex social problem,involving many departments and a wide range of fields,which is directly related to the healthy growth of children and the stability of rural society.With the development of The Times,more and more rural families begin to migrate to the cities.However,some rural residents,limited by technical ability,comprehensive quality,and other factors,can only work and live in the city alone.In desperation,children have to stay in the countryside and become left-behind children in the countryside.Under the background of socialist development with Chinese characteristics in the new era,solving the problem of educational assistance for rural left-behind children is related to whether we can complete the 14 th Five-Year Plan with high quality and provide a stable social foundation for rural revitalization.Because we have a better understanding of Baoying County,we can survey relatively detailed data.At the same time,Baoying’s economic development in Yangzhou City is relatively backward,and the problem of left-behind children is relatively prominent.However,the eastern region,which is located in the whole country,has a certain policy and economic basis.Therefore,this paper takes Baoying County of Yangzhou City as an example.In the research process,this paper first focuses on Yangzhou City,and carries out relevant data collection and theoretical sorting around this topic.According to the local situation,questionnaire surveys and interviews are adopted to sort out the problems in various aspects of the collaborative management of education aid for local rural left-behind children and the causes of the issues.In this investigation,it is found that the educational assistance for rural left-behind children is deficient at different levels of society,family,and school.From the government support,school education,social attention,family guardianship,and other aspects of the existing problems,this paper puts forward specific policy suggestions such as improving the policy system,actively encouraging and promoting migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses,improving the pertinence of education,improving the quality of teaching,improving the development of charitable undertakings,building a good environment with extensive social participation,creating a good family atmosphere and updating the inherent concept of parenting.It is expected that this study can better help rural left-behind children to create a good growth environment and,at the same time,provide ideas and references for some rural left-behind children in other areas to carry out good education assistance and collaborative governance of rural left-behind children,to ensure the healthy growth of children groups,social harmony,and stability. |
