Research On Digital Governance Of Road Traffic Safety

With the development of China’s social economy,the number of cars has increased rapidly,and the road traffic accidents are high.The road traffic safety situation is still very serious.How to use digital means to reduce road traffic accidents has become an important topic at present.This study first combs the general situation of road traffic safety governance in the country,focuses on the specific practice of road traffic safety governance in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou,analyzes the attributes and causes of road traffic accidents in Xiaoshan District using the theory of traffic accident causes,and studies the implementation and effectiveness of digital governance of road traffic safety in Xiaoshan District.The study found that there are many problems in the digital governance of road traffic safety in Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou,such as digital management of vehicles,monitoring and early warning,data supply,hidden danger management,etc.The causes of the problems are analyzed from the aspects of public safety and public demand,the contradiction between the construction of digital infrastructure of traffic and the development of digital platform,and the synergy of digital governance of traffic safety.On this basis,based on the theory of data-driven decision-making and the theory of multiple collaborative governance,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the digital governance of road traffic safety at four levels: digital infrastructure,platform application support,digital governance mechanism and system,and legal support.
