Research On The Governance Countermeasures Of Traffic Accident Crimes

Frequent road traffic accidents are a serious problem for all countries around the world,and according to the World Health Organization,millions of people worldwide die each year from traffic accidents and tens of millions of people have been injured by traffic accidents.The number of deaths and injuries caused by road traffic accidents has far exceeded the number of deaths due to disease.If effective preventive measures are not taken,the number of deaths and injuries caused by traffic accidents will continue to increase.With the development of economy and society,the amount of motor vehicle ownership in China is increasing,traffic accidents are also showing a sustained growth trend,has become a major hidden danger to the lives of the masses,property security.The crime of traffic accident is attached great importance to both ancient and modern,and a series of related measures are adopted to regulate it.With the inclusion of drunken driving in the scope of criminal law punishment,as well as the police Department for drink-driving and other illegal driving behavior of the investigation and cracking,the phenomenon of frequent traffic accidents has been improved,but still can not contain its multiple situation.The major traffic accidents caused by serious traffic offences such as speeding,fatigue driving and drink driving are to seize the lives of tens of thousands of people every year,resulting in the fragmentation of tens of thousands of families,causing incalculable losses and becoming a factor of social disharmony.In view of the severe form of high incidence of road traffic accidents in China,it is urgent to take measures to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents,protect people's personal and property safety,and create a safe road traffic environment.Taking the traffic accident crime in area A of R city for nearly five years as the research object,this paper analyzes the number,types and typical cases of traffic accident crime in area A in the past five years from the empirical point of view,summarizes the causes and punishment results of traffic accident crime,and tries to analyze the relevant theories about social prevention and participatory public governance,Find out the causes of this kind of phenomenon,deeply analyze,and combine the actual work,put forward actionable suggestions to prevent and reduce the crime of traffic accident.
