In the era of mobile Internet,the transformation of traditional media to new media has accelerated,and the change of information dissemination pattern has provided the technical basis and development direction for the construction of new media of government affairs.New media for government affairs refers to the government accounts or applications opened on microblogs,weibo and other third-party platforms by administrative organs at all levels,institutions undertaking administrative functions and their internal institutions,as well as mobile clients developed and built by themselves.According to the China Internet Network Information Center’s Statistical Report on the Development of China’s Internet:As of December 2020,140,837 government microblogs were certified by Sina platform;82,958 government headline numbers and 26,098 Jieyin numbers were opened by governments at all levels;and the number of public government affairs has exceeded40,000 nationwide.It can be seen that the new media of government affairs has become an important channel for the Party and the government to contact the masses and serve the people.The General Office of the State Council issued the "Essentials of Public Government Work in 2020",pointing out that it is necessary to strengthen information disclosure around all kinds of events response,timely,accurate,open and transparent according to the law,therefore,it is necessary to solve the problems of difficult to grasp the demand and poor use of digital government media platforms,thus improving the efficiency of public government information and empowering the construction of digital government.The research work mainly includes the following aspects:(1)The model of factors influencing information adoption willingness of governmental new media users was constructed.Based on the information ecology theory,we combined literature research method and content analysis method to summarize and analyze the factors that may affect the information adoption intention of government affairs new media users in terms of information,users,information environment and information technology,and build a model of factors influencing information adoption intention.The results showed that:(1)different governmental new media platforms such as Weibo,We Chat and Jitterbug have common features of information disclosure in terms of information,users,information environment and information technology;(2)there is a theoretical and practical basis for using public information behavior in governmental new media platforms to characterize users’ willingness to adopt information;(3)a model of factors influencing users’ willingness to adopt information in governmental new media was constructed based on theoretical research.(2)Validation analysis of the factors influencing the information adoption willingness of government affairs new media users.The factors influencing the model are validated from two perspectives:(1)Based on the network data,the open content analysis method and LDA topic model are combined to identify and analyze the information disclosure content of governmental new media,a dictionary of attitude characteristics of governmental new media users is formed according to the emotional cognitive theory and sentiment analysis method,and the information adoption willingness of users of governmental new media platform is constructed based on users’ information behavior.The correlation between some information features of governmental new media and users’ willingness to adopt information was found using Stata software,among which the correlation between information emotion and users’ willingness to adopt information was the most significant,followed by the correlation between information form and information topic and willingness to adopt information;(2)Based on the questionnaire data,the impact of the characteristics of new governmental media on users’ willingness to adopt information was quantitatively analyzed by questionnaire survey method,and the data collected were statistically analyzed and correlated using SPSS software,and correlations were found between timeliness,accuracy and comprehensiveness of information,interactive communication,social environment,security and convenience of information and willingness to adopt information.(3)Analysis of information disclosure strategies in governmental new media.Combining the research results of network data and questionnaire survey,we put forward targeted suggestions for the improvement of information disclosure effectiveness of new government affairs media.The results are analyzed and discussed,and the path of improving the effectiveness of information disclosure in new government affairs media is analyzed from the perspective of information content,user perspective,information environment perspective and information technology perspective,and suggestions are made for the improvement and perfection of information disclosure in new government affairs media in terms of information ecology and construction of government information disclosure platform.The innovation of this topic mainly lies in:(1)Theoretical research,based on the information ecosystem,a model of factors influencing the willingness to adopt information in governmental new media is constructed,and a classification system for the characteristics of information disclosure in governmental new media is built based on existing literature and data,which provides theoretical support for the research of information disclosure in governmental new media.(2)In terms of research perspective,we analyze and evaluate the information adoption willingness of governmental new media users by combining governmental new media data and questionnaire survey data,construct an evaluation method of users’ information adoption willingness from both subjective and objective perspectives,integrate multiple dimensions,clarify the characteristics of users’ information adoption effect,and provide a new perspective and methodological support for understanding the information adoption willingness of new media users.
