Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Digital Town In Wuzhen,Zhejiang

With the rapid development of information technology,the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and other new generation technologies have had an unprecedented impact on all aspects of public space,production and life,as well as human life.In the context of modern information technology,digital transformation is an inevitable requirement for improving governance capability and improving governance system to achieve modernization.Digital town is a new town with data as the core production factor and digital operation as the core production relationship.It is a new development stage for the town to adapt to a new environment.As the permanent site of the World Internet Conference,Wuzhen,Tongxiang,Zhejiang,is a digital characteristic town.It integrates digital technologies such as 5G,big data,Internet of Things,and artificial intelligence with the town,and enables the transformation and upgrading of traditional tourism towns with information technology,We have promoted the construction of digital characteristic towns,selected the first batch of national rural governance demonstration towns,and fully demonstrated the digital industrial cluster with Internet characteristics by enabling the economy with digitalization and enabling people’s livelihood with intelligence.This paper studies the digital town of Wuzhen,Zhejiang Province,which takes data as the core production factor,as an example,and uses the literature research method,Interview method,and comparative research method to analyze that in the construction of a digital town with data resources as the core,data security as the basis,and data operation mechanism as the guarantee,digital resources face barriers,increased data network security risks,and lack of a unified data operation mechanism,The causes of the problems faced were discussed and analyzed in combination with the construction achievements of other characteristic towns in China,and countermeasures were summarized to further promote the construction of Wuzhen Digital Town,such as breaking through the data fragment dilemma,strengthening the integration and collection of digital resources on the platform,establishing a data security guarantee system to protect the security of digital information,promoting the improvement of legal mechanisms,promoting the unified standard of government services and improving public satisfaction.Through the research on the problems and countermeasures faced by the construction of digital towns in Wuzhen,Zhejiang,it provides new possibilities for the development of digital characteristic towns and has certain significance for promoting social development and reform.This paper attempts to make innovations and breakthroughs in two aspects: first,sort out the core elements and internal links of the construction of digital towns,and revise them according to their own reality;Second: Combining the achievements of digital reform and development with the development cases of different characteristic towns,seek new ideas for the development of Wuzhen Digital Town,hoping to inspire the actual operation of the digital town.To sum up,the government applies new technologies to promote the digital construction and change the development environment of human society.Therefore,the research on the problems and countermeasures faced by the construction of Zhejiang Wuzhen Digital Town is of great significance.
