Studay On Party Conetrution "Three Modernization" In Jiang Province

Party building in colleges and universities "three" is a general term for the standardization,standardization and information of Party building in colleges and universities.It is of theoretical and practical significance to choose colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province as the research object to carry out research on standardization,standardization and informatization of Party building.This study mainly includes the following contents: the first part is the introduction and literature review,including the first and second chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the research background,research significance,literature review and research methods of carrying out the "three modernizations" of Party construction.The second chapter mainly discusses the related concepts of Party construction and the value implication of "three modernizations" of Party construction.The second part is two interrelated stage results of this study,including the third and fourth chapters.The first stage is the case analysis,which summarizes the main results and basic characteristics of the "three modernization" construction of the Party building in H colleges and universities by conducting field research and collecting relevant information.The second stage is the combination of case analysis and literature research.To carry out research on the problems existing in the "three modernizations" construction of Party construction in colleges and universities,that is,the overall quality of the "three modernizations" is not high,the development and promotion of the "three modernizations" is unbalanced,the soft power of the "three modernizations" construction of Party organizations is in urgent need of improvement,and the integration of the party building and the work of the grassroots party organizations is not strong enough,and analyze the causes behind these problems;The third part is the summary discussion,including the fifth chapter,the sixth chapter,according to the results of this study,the fifth chapter puts forward a number of policy suggestions to improve the quality and efficiency of the "three modernization" construction of the Party construction in colleges and universities,namely,improve the political position,strengthen the organization and leadership;Adhere to the problem-oriented,optimize the system construction;Adhere to the guidance of Party building and strengthen the building of Party conduct;Perfect supervision mechanism,establish standard system,etc;Chapter six presents the general conclusions and shortcomings of this study.
