| In recent years,China’s innovation-driven development strategy has continued to advance in depth and the allocation of science and technology innovation resources has been optimized.However,the efficiency of the innovation system,in particular the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements still needs to be further improved.An important reason for this status quo is the poor matching channel between technology supply and enterprise demand.Technology managers are an important bridge for the organic combination of science and technology and the market,technology and application.Therefore,the quality development of this team should be promoted from the government level,strengthen the intermediate links of the technology transfer chain,effectively unblock the blockages in the process of technology transfer that are not smooth and not effective,promote the accurate link between innovation and industry,speed up the flow of scientific and technological innovation resources,increase the efficiency of technology transfer and transfer of results.The economic and social development of Fujian Province is very rapid with urgent technology demand,but a matching team of technology managers has not yet been built.Therefore,there is an urgent need to optimize the development environment for technology managers with multiple measures to attract,gather,and cultivate talents,and guide,cultivate,and manage them in a multi-pronged manner,build a high quality technology manager team,and play a role in facilitating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.In this paper,the Fujian Province Technology Management Team is selected as the study object.Based on the theory of principal-agent and diffusion of technological innovation,a survey questionnaire was designed using statistical analysis,quantitative analysis of policy texts and experience summary methods,and distributed to the personnel who had obtained the training certificate of technology managers in Fujian Province.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,descriptive statistics and univariate analysis were used to analyze the satisfaction of technical managerial team building in Fujian Province.The study found that the overall satisfaction evaluation of technology managers on the construction of the technology manager team in Fujian Province is above the average,but about 7% of technology managers still have an average or lower satisfaction evaluation on the current team construction,thus,the problems of the main body,carrier,object and mechanism in the construction of technical manager team in Fujian Province and their reasons are proposed and then countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: institutional guarantee,cultivation system,carrier construction and management mechanism,in order to do a good job of technology manager team development in Fujian Province in the new era. |
