A Study On The Development Of Professional Science And Technology Evaluation In Fujian Province

Science & technology evaluation is one kind of social act and process of organized evaluation and judgment to science and technology according to some value standard. The science & technology effect on the society becomes more and more far-reaching, under such environment, the science and economy are blended together all over the world and the science & technology evaluation has become some kind of professional subject and act which connects science with economy, helps people to make a more scientific and democratic strategy decision. Directed by the theory of sociology ,administration etc., the thesis analyzes the history and current conditions of the contemporary science & technology evaluation by the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,integral and individual means and what is more, the study is focused on the structure, function ,role ,regulation ,procedure and mode of the science and technology evaluation. Basing on all of this, the thesis analyzes and demonstrates the necessity and practicality for Fujian Province and also expounds the current problems ,which our province is confronted with, when doing science and technology evaluation. At last, the thesis puts forward general idea and method basing on the current facts of science and technology evaluation practice.
