Research On Public Service Of Demolition And Resettlement Community In Yuhu District Of Putian City

With the development of urbanization,more and more rural areas around cities have been included in the scope of land acquisition and relocation,resulting in a large number of "rural demolition and resettlement communities".The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should adhere to doing our best and acting within our capabilities,go deep into the masses and grassroots levels,take more measures that benefit people’s livelihoods and warm their hearts,and focus on solving the urgent and difficult problems faced by the masses.The improvement of public service supply in the demolition and resettlement community is not only a "key small matter" at the doorstep of the resettlement community,but also a "livelihood event" that benefits and warms the hearts of the people in urban development.However,there are various problems in the public service supply of the demolition and resettlement community in the Yuhu area,which restrict the level of public service supply.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the problems in the public service supply of the demolition and resettlement community in the Yuhu area.Based on understanding the current situation of public service supply in the demolition and resettlement community in the Yuhu area,it is necessary to analyze the existing problems and reasons,and then propose practical and feasible countermeasures.This article mainly adopts a problem-oriented approach,based on the new public service theory and Marxist social equity theory.It adopts interview methods,questionnaire surveys,literature research methods,etc.Based on this,this article attempts to define the core concepts of public service supply in demolition and resettlement communities,and elaborates on the new public management theory and Marxist social equity theory in detail,Analyzed the significance of improving the public service supply in demolition and resettlement communities.Subsequently,the achievements in various aspects of public service supply for the demolition and resettlement community in Yuhu District,Putian City were reviewed,and the problems in the supply of public services for the demolition and resettlement community in Yuhu District,Putian City were identified.It was believed that the main problems were education being in the initial stage,imperfect,shortage of medical and health resources,unsatisfied spiritual and cultural needs,single supply subject,low level of public service supply,and imbalanced supply subject structure,The main reasons for these problems include insufficient funds,contradictions between supply and demand,and low initiative of residents to participate in supply.Based on this,combined with the new public management theory and Marxist socialist equity theory in this article,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the public service supply for the demolition and resettlement community in Yuhu District,Putian City.One is to strengthen the public service supply model supported by multiple entities.The second is to establish and improve the funding guarantee mechanism for the supply of public services for the demolition and resettlement community in the Yuhu area.The third is to unblock information channels and ensure that the public service supply demand for the demolition and resettlement community in the Yuhu area is symmetrical.
