The trade union in China is a bridge and link between the Party and the workers and the masses,an important social pillar of the state power,and a representative and defender of the interests of workers.Concerned about the lives of employees,helping them solve difficulties,and serving them wholeheartedly.China’s trade union organizations at all levels have given full play to their service functions and have done a lot of work to serve them.However,unfortunately,the overall evaluation and satisfaction of the services provided by the trade union organizations are not high.The reason for this is that the existing service methods,service content,and service coverage of trade unions have many shortcomings,and there is a large gap between them and the actual needs of employees.How to comprehensively and deeply carry out trade union service work,how to provide employees with comprehensive,all-weather,and diversified trade union services,and how to fully utilize information technology to further improve the ability and level of trade union services to employees are currently important issues that trade unions urgently need to pay attention to and solve.Deeply studying the service mechanism of labor union organizations and analyzing the problems existing in the service quality of labor unions in Fujian Province have important practical significance for how to further improve labor union services and solve the "last mile" of serving workers in the new era.Based on a review of relevant literature and theories at home and abroad,this topic takes the trade unions in Fujian Province as an example,analyzes trade union services based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and public service quality management theory,and comprehensively uses methods such as questionnaire surveys and object interviews to conduct in-depth research on the main problems existing in the service quality of trade unions in Fujian Province from the perspective of smart trade unions: poor experience of online trade union platforms The application of big data for trade unions has not achieved significant results,the exploration of innovative services for trade unionsis insufficient,and the development of trade union services lacks coordination and guidance.The main reasons for these problems are:there are shortcomings in the construction of online trade union platforms,barriers to the application of big data in trade unions,insufficient service capabilities of trade unions,and inadequate supervision and assessment mechanisms for trade union services.Drawing on the specific experience of improving the service quality of trade unions in Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,and Sichuan Province,it is proposed to accelerate the informatization construction of trade unions,promote the deep integration of big data technology and trade union services,build a trade union service team that adapts to the development of smart trade unions,and provide trade union services oriented to employee needs,in order to further promote the construction of the trade union service system in Fujian Province and improve the service quality of trade unions,Improving employee satisfaction provides a powerful reference.
