| With the continuous growth of the national enrollment of professional master’s students,the number of graduates of professional master’s students is also increasing year by year.At the same time,with the impact of the major epidemic and the international turmoil,some employment units have made the employment conditions of professional master’s students more strict,and the lack of job selection of graduates leads to a structural imbalance in the job market.The employment situation of professional postgraduate students is increasingly difficult.How to promote the employment of professional master postgraduat es by helping them improve their employability,and how to help professional master postgraduates find high-quality employment has become the first important task for universities.From the perspective of competency model,this study studies the current employment status,existing employability status,cause analysis and promotion path of professional master students in H University.According to the relevant research results of employability at home and abroad,combining competency model theory,USEM theory and vocational ability development theory,this paper defines the components of employability of professional master students.It mainly includes two aspects: explicit quality(ability)and recessive quality(ability),which are embodied in four aspects,namely basic ability,vocational skill,potential ability and self-efficacy.Based on this,the employability structure system of professional master students is constructed.Then the questionnaire and interview outline are designed,and the current situation and existing problems of the employability of professional master students are investigated and analyzed from the two aspects of enterprises’ employability evaluation of professional master students and the self-evaluation of professional master graduates of H University.Furthermore,the factors affecting the employability of professional master students are analyzed from the five aspects of government,schools,enterprises,students and families.Finally,from the perspective of competency model,it explores ways to improve the employability of professional master students,so as to promote more adequate and higher quality employment of professional master students. |
