With the continuous advancement of urbanization,rail transit has also become an important means of public transportation in major cities,rail transit as a carrier for cities to provide public services to citizens,and is an important part of urban development.The increasing number of subway lines in Nanchang City has brought more convenience to urban residents’ travel.At the same time,the service quality of rail transit has gradually received attention.The safety and comfort of residents’ travel depend on the service quality of rail transit.Therefore,this article will take the experience of passengers as the starting point,deeply explore various factors that affect the service quality of urban rail transit,with a view to improving the service quality of Nanchang Metro.This article first defines the concepts of public service,service quality,and urban rail transit public service,and combs out their content and characteristics through literature analysis.Using the SERVQUAL evaluation model,it designs a Nanchang subway service quality evaluation index system,and forms a Nanchang subway service quality questionnaire based on this.After investigating and analyzing the service quality of Nanchang Metro,the results show that the overall satisfaction level of Nanchang Metro is high,and there is still great room for improvement in terms of service quality.After empirical analysis using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation score of Nanchang subway service quality is 7.6,which shows a good overall performance.Based on this,this article further discusses the common problems existing in urban rail transit,including insufficient hardware infrastructure,poor quality of passenger flow organization,low service level,and lack of humanistic care within the station.In order to solve these problems,effective measures should be taken,such as optimizing hardware facilities,strengthening organizational capabilities,improving service levels,and building intelligent stations,in order to achieve the goal of improving service quality.This article aims to deeply explore various factors that affect the quality of subway service in Nanchang City,and provide effective references and suggestions for improving subway service through investigation of passenger experience and measurement of actual level.
