Research On Digital Supervision Of Imported Cold Chain Food Circulation In Taishun County,Wenzhou City

China has a vast territory,abundant products,frequent import and export of agricultural and sideline products and processed food,and the development of imported cold chain food circulation industry has gradually formed a scale.However,as imported cold chain food involves multiple circulation nodes in the process of "farmland to table" and always needs to maintain low temperature storage characteristics,imported cold chain food on the one hand is very easy to cause food deterioration due to circulation node "temperature break".On the other hand,the cold chain transportation conditions of imported cold chain food are also conducive to the adhesion and survival of the novel coronavirus.The safety problem of imported cold chain food is becoming increasingly prominent,and the difficulty of market supervision is significantly increased.The food safety traceability system established by "Internet + Supervision" using the "data" model provides a new idea to solve the safety problems in the circulation of imported cold chain food.Starting from the government supervision theory and digital governance theory,this paper takes the digital supervision of the imported cold chain food circulation in Taishun County as the research object.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper investigates the relevant situation of the imported cold chain food circulation in Taishun County and the current situation of digital supervision.It is found that the imperfect supervision mechanism of imported cold chain food,the construction of grassroots digital supervision team is not in place,and the large amount of circulation chain data and the weak awareness of digital governance of operators and consumers have led to the failure of modern information technology to play a full role in the safety supervision of imported cold chain food circulation.On the basis of objective analysis,it is optimized from the following four aspects: improve the supervision system of imported cold chain food,improve the quality and ability of digital governance of the supervision team,standardize the construction of imported cold chain food traceability platform,and enhance the awareness of operators and consumers to participate in digital governance.It is expected to provide reference for the future digital supervision of imported cold chain food circulation in Taishun County,and play a positive role in promoting food safety governance and digital transformation of functional departments in similar county environments.
