Study On Evaluation And Optimization Of Urban Residential Land Green Utilization In Fuzhou City

At present,the irregular growth of housing demand has led to the rapid increase of urban carbon emissions,which has greatly affected the ecological environment,in the allocation of urban residential land resources,it is necessary to further judge the resources and environmental capacity,to maintain the concept of green development.This paper takes Fuzhou city as the research object,and analyzes the current situation of residential land use in urban areas of Fuzhou city and the situation it faces based on theories related to green land use.Firstly,the natural geographical conditions,socio-economic conditions and land resources of Fuzhou city are specifically studied to provide support for the later study;secondly,based on the results of the above paper,the green utilization of residential land in the urban area of Fuzhou city is evaluated,and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is multiplied with the score column vector to finally arrive at a total score of 80.15 for the green utilization of residential land in the urban area of Fuzhou city,among which the back-up The final score of land resources is 79.346,the final score of land development and utilization degree is 76.757,the final score of economic efficiency of land use is 73.930,and the final score of ecological efficiency of land use is 76.698,all scores are lower than80,and the assessment result is average,so there are still many places to optimize and improve the current green utilization of residential land in Fuzhou;finally,the Based on the above study,the countermeasures to improve the green utilization of residential land in urban areas of Fuzhou are proposed,which mainly include four aspects:improving the guarantee measures for green utilization of residential land,improving the green development and utilization of residential land,enhancing the economic benefits of green utilization of residential land and guaranteeing the ecological benefits of green utilization of residential land.The research in this paper can propose targeted countermeasures to enhance the green utilization of residential land in urban areas of Fuzhou City,which can help to better develop and utilize land resources in Fuzhou City,and also provide reference for the green development of land in other cities.
