Research On The Problem Of Labor Return In Ethnic Village

Labor force is an essential force for the development of a region.After the reform and opening up,the development of society and the improvement of the market economy system have caused a large amount of labor force in China to transfer to the eastern coastal areas and areas with rapid urban development,resulting in a large loss of rural labor force.Under the leadership of the Party,rural China has gradually developed and revitalized,and the living standards of farmers have been greatly improved.Rural labor has also gradually returned,promoting rural development.Under the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural development has undergone some changes,showing a trend of rapid economic development,prosperous industries,and livable ecology.To some extent,the development of rural areas has attracted some labor backflow,but the problem of labor outflow still exists,especially in ethnic villages.This paper selects four ethnic villages in Liping County to investigate and study the current situation,influencing factors and existing difficulties of labor return.It is found that the flow of labor force in ethnic villages presents unique characteristics-delay,aggregation and adaptability.In terms of the motivation of labor return,in addition to the more common social and economic motivation,the labor return of ethnic villages is also affected by their unique ethnic history and culture.In addition,the return of labor in ethnic villages also has distinctive local effects.This paper analyzes the return effect from four aspects: lifestyle,marriage structure,political participation and ideology.In addition,in order to find out the influencing factors of labor return in ethnic villages in Liping County,this paper adopts the methods of Field research,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to investigate four typical ethnic villages,and conducts data analysis on the collected questionnaires through factor analysis and regression analysis,and obtains five representative variables,namely,rural development,surplus wealth,urban opportunity cost,Urban quality of life and human capital.To further explore the relationship between these five variables and labor return,the article conducted regression analysis with labor willingness to return as the dependent variable and five variables as independent variables.A regression model for the influencing factors of labor return was obtained.After verification,it was found that the regression model obtained was significant,indicating that the five variables had a significant impact on labor return.Other interview materials also reflect the specific impact of the five factors on the return of labor in ethnic villages.The survey and analysis reflect that the current labor return in ethnic villages in Liping County has many difficulties,such as imperfect policies,insufficient vitality of industrial development,and unsound ethnic education system.Labor force is the main body of rural revitalization,and the return of labor force in ethnic villages is related to the development of ethnic areas,so it is urgent to solve its dilemma.In order to achieve high-quality development of ethnic villages,achieve rapid economic growth,and comprehensively boost the revitalization of ethnic areas,we must face the dilemma of return,solve the dilemma,...
