Research On Traffic Congestion Management In Guiyang From The Perspective Of Collaborative Governanc

With the continuous progress of the production mode of human society and the continuous improvement of the quality of life,the importance of transportation to the modern society is more and more prominent.In particular,the city as a large human settlement,dense population,the reason traffic construction and urban development is closely related.At the same time,as an important infrastructure,traffic bears the important function of residents’ travel and the transportation of production and living materials,it is the artery system of a city.The smooth traffic environment is closely related to people’s production and living ability,which affects the rapid development of our economy and society every moment.In recent years,the rapid development of Chinese urbanization,urban traffic jam is gradually squeezing people’s living space,occupying people’s passage time,and finally will deteriorate the urban social ecology,failure of urban function,affect the city stability and harmonious development.Guiyang is the capital city of Guizhou Province,it is also a key central city in southwest China.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of urban population and motor vehicle scale,traffic congestion in Guiyang has seriously affected the life of urban residents and become a key factor restricting the development of Guiyang.This paper takes the traffic congestion problem of Guiyang City as the research object,based on the theory of collaborative governance,summarizes the current situation of traffic congestion in Guiyang City,reviews the traffic congestion governance policies adopted by Guiyang City,and determines the traffic congestion governance mode in which the government plays the leading role and other subjects cooperate and assist from government,market and public these three different perspectives of collaborative governance,Establish the rights and responsibilities of various departments for collaborative governance,straighten out the ways and methods of collaborative governance,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for traffic congestion management in Guiyang City,explore the strategy of traffic congestion management in Guiyang City.
