Fire safety education,as an indispensable branch of fire fighting,can make community residents’ fire safety awareness take root in their hearts and cultivate fire safety quality,and analyzing the influencing factors of community residents’ participation in fire safety education can better promote this safety education and make the community residents’ ability to resist fire truly promoted.This paper takes the community in Pu’an County,Guizhou Province as the research object,combines the theories of collaborative governance,public participation and cooperative production of public services,and adopts the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to analyze the influencing factors of community residents’ participation in fire safety education,and on the basis of the survey and analysis of the current situation of community people’s participation in fire safety education in Pu’an County,determines the relationship between the personal characteristics of community residents and community people’s willingness to participate in fire safety education cooperation had a significant relationship;while importance perception,task ease,political efficacy,personal interest motivation,and public interest motivation all had a strong positive correlation with community people’s willingness to participate in fire safety publicity and education cooperation,with personal interest motivation being the most inducing to their behavior.Based on the above analysis,it was concluded that community residents’ participation in fire safety education in Pu’an County has the problems of poor fire safety education effect and low residents’ willingness to participate in fire safety publicity,and the reasons for these problems were excavated to be insufficient fire safety publicity,too difficult to participate in fire safety education,insufficient attention to residents’ political efficacy to participate in fire safety education,and insufficient affirmation of residents’ participation in social value.Finally,drawing fully on the valuable experience of fire safety education at home and abroad,suggestions for improving residents’ participation in fire safety education are put forward from five perspectives: increasing the publicity of fire safety education,improving residents’ awareness,reducing the difficulty of residents’ participation in fire safety education,improving residents’ sense of political efficacy,affirming the social value of residents’ participation,and appropriately satisfying residents’ self-interest motivation for participation.
