| Digital village is accompanied by the application of networking,informatization and digitalization in agricultural and rural economic and social development,and is also the prelude to digital China.Evaluate the effect of digital village pilot construction policies on rural digital infrastructure construction,digital farmer cultivation and digital governance as a whole to grasp the law of rural revitalization in the context of digital economy.A County of Province G is one of the first batch of national digital village pilot construction counties in China,this study aims to sort out the pilot construction of digital village in County A of Guizhou Province through the evaluation of the policy effect of digital village pilot construction,summarize and propose countermeasures and paths to improve the level of digital village construction,extract practical experience with certain promotion value,and provide experience reference for digital village construction in similar areas.In this study,15 villages in County A,a pilot county for digital village construction in Guizhou Province,and 15 villages in non-pilot counties were used as control groups,to analyze the effects of digital village construction pilot policies on rural digital infrastructure construction,digital farmer cultivation and digital governance.The study found that the digital village pilot construction policy has promoted the level of digital village construction in County A,but still faces many "short boards",and in order to make up for the short boards,there is still a need to build a solid foundation for the digital village pilot construction,strengthen the construction of public support platforms for the digital village,cultivate a new rural digital economy,explore a new mode of rural cooperative governance,and explore a sustainable development mechanism for the digital village. |
