Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought On The Rule Of Law And Its Contemporary Value

With the founding of New China,the construction of the rule of law in our country is constantly improving and developing.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of ideas for comprehensively governing the country by law and building a rule-of-law China have been put forward by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core.The concept of "Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law" is a summary and condensed sublimation of a series of thoughts of General Secretary Xi Jinping in guiding the comprehensive rule of law and building a rule-of-law China.It has irreplaceable guiding significance for the construction of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is also of epoch-making value to the process of building the rule of law in China.In view of this,this paper mainly studies Xi Jinjring’s thought on the rule of law and its contemporary value from four aspects.The first part explores the formation of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,and explores the factors of its formation from three aspects:the current domestic and international background,the theoretical origin and practical basis of its formation;the second part discusses the theoretical system of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,which is also a research The main focus of the content is "Eleven Persistence",which is divided according to political direction,work layout,key tasks,key relationships,and important guarantees;the third part discusses the distinctive featuies of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,which are The innovation of this paper is based on the formation and main content of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law.This part discusses the originality and dialectics of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,analyzes the unity of its theory and practice,and expounds its overall and forward-looking aspects.The fourth part explains the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law.From the perspective of world values,Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law has contributed Chinese wisdom to the progress of the world’s rule of law civilization and piovided Chinese solutions to the reform of the global governance system.From the perspective of domestic value,Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law provides a strong legal guarantee for my country’s political construction.It also has theoretical value combined with China’s reality and practical value of scientific theory guiding correct practice.Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law is based on the long-term practice of the rule of law in socialism with Chinese characteristics,and is created on the basis of the profound national history of the Chinese nation.A deep understanding of its theoretical system is conducive to objectively summarizing the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law,so as to promote the development process of comprehensively governing the country by law,building a China under the rule of law,and modernizing the country’s governance system and governance capacity in the new era.
