Research On The Prevention Of Crime Of Theft Of Electric Bicycles In Rural-urban Fringe Zones

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy and society has developed rapidly.With the development and expansion of cities,the urban-rural fringe has emerged.The theft of electric vehicles is a common case type in the urban and rural fringe area,which is also one of the public security hot spots related to the property interests of the majority of people.Although the relevant government departments have taken a series of preventive measures in the early stage,the problem of theft of electric bicycles is still prohibited.Taking Guangzhou As an example,according to the statistics of Guangzhou Electric Bicycle Industry Association,the social ownership of electric bicycles in Guangzhou may exceed 4 million.In the first half of2022,the theft police situation in Guangzhou continued to rise,of which the theft of electric vehicles accounted for more than 40%,reaching more than 20,000 cases,an increase of 6.8% year-on-year,an average of about 113 cases per day,which has become a prominent factor affecting the sense of security and satisfaction of the masses.This paper summarizes the law and characteristics of electric vehicle theft crimes in the urban-rural fringe by collecting relevant data such as the number of electric vehicle theft cases,crime locations and crime subjects.From the victim,the criminal subject,urban and rural integration of the objective environment,rules and regulations,and five aspects,such as analysis of tea culture,control department kau street,urban and rural integration of electric vehicle theft crime cases the cause of the high incidence,on the theory of public management,puts forward the urban and rural integration of electric vehicle theft crime prevention and cure countermeasure of the problem。First of all,strengthen the punishment and discipline of criminals.Secondly,improve the dynamic prevention and control system of public security in the urban-rural fringe.Thirdly,strengthen and improve laws and regulations and legal publicity.Fourthly,under the guidance of both government leadership and pluralism,form a joint force of governance and service.Finally,strengthen the publicity and guidance of consumers(victims).
