Research On The Legal Protection Of Multi-party Governance In Wildlife Conservation

China is vast and diverse in climate and wildlife,including many unique species.This has led to numerous theoretical propositions and practical guidance for wildlife conservation.To protect the increasingly scarce wildlife resources and restore the severe ecological environment,it is feasible and necessary to introduce the new governance concept of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation and provide legal protection for it.Based on this theoretical and value guidance,the paper explores the practice of China’s multi-party governance model for wildlife conservation,mainly through government-led wildlife conservation as a service and guide,multi-party interactive collaboration,and public participation in the protection of wildlife.The implementation of legal protection for China’s multi-party governance in wildlife conservation has achieved some results in various aspects,mainly reflected in the increasing institutional supply of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation and the embryonic form of its pattern.However,due to the late start of China’s work on wildlife conservation and the initial exploration of the combination with the multi-party governance model,there are still challenges in the public participation in legislative protection,the weak enforcement of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation,the lack of judicial mechanisms,and the implementation of legal concepts for multi-party governance in wildlife conservation.To address these challenges,the paper suggests improving the legal protection path for multi-party governance in wildlife conservation from the following four aspects: increasing the effective institutional supply of public participation in wildlife conservation,enhancing the level of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation law enforcement,releasing the judicial effectiveness of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation,and promoting the implementation of the legal concept of multi-party governance in wildlife conservation.
