Research On The "Double Grid" Prevention And Control Mechanism Of A Community Public Security In Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province

The 20 th Party Congress report puts safety first and prevention first,emphasizing the establishment of a large security emergency framework,improving the public safety system,and shifting public safety governance to active prevention.In this context,how to better solve community safety problems,meet community safety needs and explore new community safety prevention and control is an important issue.The community grid can transform the community from simple management to governance and provide accurate community services,thus the community grid becomes the "front end of the front end" of the sinking police force.In response to the new requirements of community management under the new situation,Fuzhou City,Jiangxi Province,put forward the goal of "grid police,dynamic prevention and control,efficient linkage" in 2017,forming a community policing grid and street patrol grid of community security "double grid" defense and control mechanism.This mechanism will comprehensively improve the quality of community policing in Fuzhou.This mechanism will comprehensively improve the overall control ability of community policing management in Fuzhou City and will play an important role in regional economic and social development.To this end,this study uses literature analysis,interview method,case study method,social system theory,social control theory and refinement management theory to analyze the current situation of the implementation of the "double-grid"prevention and control mechanism for community security in Fuzhou City A,and clarify the "double-grid" prevention and control mechanism.The background,content and basic requirements of the "double-grid" prevention and control mechanism were clarified.Then,combined with the content of the interview,the problems and causes of the "double-grid" prevention and control mechanism of community A in Fuzhou City are discussed,and the problems and causes of the"double-grid" prevention and control mechanism are discussed."It is hoped that this study can provide local public security departments with a better understanding of the problems.It is expected that this study can provide corresponding reference and reference value for public security organs around the world to explore new security prevention and control operation mechanism.
