Research On The Optimization Of Emergency Management Mechanism Of A E-commerce Enterprises Under The Important Public Emergencies

Currently,the world is in a multi-polar state and economic connections are becoming increasingly close.The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent mutant strains have spread globally,causing significant loss of life and property for people in many countries.As China’s economy and society continue to develop,asset density and population are continuously increasing.China’s economy has been greatly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and its mutant strains,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,which have suffered from large-scale bankruptcies due to epidemic control measures.Although China has fully reopened,the losses caused by the mutant strains to these enterprises cannot yet be estimated.Therefore,it is crucial to strengthen the research on emergency management for small and medium-sized enterprises in the face of public emergencies.This article uses A e-commerce enterprise as an example to illustrate how the lack of emergency management mechanisms and plans resulted in weak emergency management awareness during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.The lack of timely and effective emergency mechanisms and plans to resolve enterprise problems repeatedly pushed the enterprise to the brink of bankruptcy.Emergency management involves developing emergency management mechanisms and plans in advance for various types of crises in order to reduce the harm caused by the crises.Due to the late start of emergency management in China,this article discusses two methods:researching advanced and comprehensive emergency management theories from foreign countries and learning from the emergency management experiences of developed countries’ enterprises.In the context of the COVID-19 pandemic,the prevention of crises mainly depends on the design and implementation of emergency management mechanisms and plans.Based on the control of enterprise costs,this article designed an emergency management mechanism suitable for A e-commerce enterprise on the basis of the original management mechanism.The key is to cover the most advanced modern enterprise emergency management mechanism based on the reasons for the enterprise crisis and crisis prevention,and to set and allocate emergency management plans and implementation methods according to the characteristics and specific responsibilities of each department of the enterprise under the current situation.There is no crisis,the enterprise would production,sale and management according to the original management mechanism,when was happening Important public emergencies,enterprise uses in emergency management mechanism in accordance with the procedures of enterprise emergency management plan,It is reducing enterprise’s cost,and It is timely and effectively minimizing the impact on the enterprise,this is the best to micro,small and medium enterprises preventing crisis.
