Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Elderly Friendly Community Construction In D District Under The Background Of Population Aging

At present,China is in the social stage of population aging,and the trend of aging has become an important social phenomenon in our country.At the same time,my country’s "14th Five-Year Plan" outline for the first time proposed "implementing a national strategy to actively respond to population aging",and proposed to build a social environment for the elderly,filial piety and respect for the elderly.In this context,building an elderly-friendly society has become an important issue under the dual background of the current aging trend and social transformation.As the "last mile" of urban governance,the community is an important living space for the elderly.As a social system covering almost all social elements,the community has rich and useful social resources,and can innovate various platforms for the elderly to meet the basic needs of the elderly.Building an elderly-friendly community with the community as the basic unit is in line with the current development trend of population aging.However,at present,my country is still in the exploratory stage in building an elderly-friendly community.On the one hand,an elderly-friendly social atmosphere has not yet been formed at the level of social environment.,the elderly still need to participate in community governance according to their own group needs.The community is the most direct channel for the elderly to participate in society.For cities,how to build a good elderly-friendly social environment,establish security systems and mechanisms,and actively promote the participation of the elderly in community autonomy is the trend of urban aging.key issues that should be considered.Taking D District as an example,this study starts from an elderly-friendly perspective.By designing a corresponding questionnaire,we understand the current status of the construction of elderly-friendly communities in D District and the participation of the elderly in community governance,and fully investigate and identify the daily life of the elderly.Subjective willingness to participate in community governance,and excavate its existing problems.Based on the typical cases of domestic and foreign elderly-friendly community construction,taking the participation of the elderly in community governance as a breakthrough,starting from the actual needs of the elderly’s community life,the current situation is raised countermeasures and suggestions and the way forward.At present,there are problems such as insufficient active willingness and ability of the elderly to participate in community governance in D District,insufficient use of community characteristics and advantages,lack of an objective environment for the elderly to participate in community governance,and lack of effective guidance from professional institutions and talents.In response to the above problems,it is proposed to improve the motivation and willingness of the elderly to participate in community affairs,improve the awareness and ability of the elderly to participate in public affairs,improve the family environment and community environment for the elderly to participate in community governance,and build a professional talent team and a third-party service team,increase efforts to guide all resources to participate in the construction of an elderly-friendly community platform and other countermeasures and suggestions,it will help explore the construction of age-friendly communities,and effectively improve the happiness of the elderly and the ability and level of community governance.
