Research On Government Functions In The Development Of Digital Economy Industry In Suqian City

In 2017,digital economy was officially written into the government work report,indicating that digital economy is an important direction of China’s economic development.However,digital economy model belongs to the new economic development model,and there is no complete reference system for development.In the new development opportunity period,we need to explore its development road,further base on resources,give full play to advantages,highlight key points,and improve the weaknesses.In recent years,Suqian has taken the development of digital economy as the focus of government work,made active planning and reasonable layout from the policy aspect,and all districts have also accelerated and shifted gears towards the development direction of digital economy and constantly improved the layout.The development of digital economy industry in Suqian has achieved a great development.The digital economy industry in Suqian City has a large scale and rapid development,but it also presents problems such as unbalanced development and unrealistic policy implementation.Taking the development of digital economy industry in Suqian City as the research theme has certain representative significance.This paper uses literature research and questionnaire survey methods as the main research methods,guided by the new public service theory and government failure theory,to summarize and summarize the government role positioning and industrial development characteristics in the development of Suqian’s digital economy industry.The government functions in the development of the digital economy industry are divided into four aspects:policy supply function,planning guidance function,factor guarantee function,and supporting guarantee service function.By distributing a questionnaire survey to digital economy enterprises in Suqian City,this study summarizes the current status of government functions in the digital economy industry in Suqian City,understands the satisfaction of digital practitioners with the performance of government functions in the development of the digital economy industry in Suqian City,as well as the pain points and bottlenecks of various departments in the development of the digital economy industry.It is concluded that there are unclear industrial development plans in the government’s behavior in the current development of the digital economy industry in Suqian City The lack of implementation of industrial policies,incomplete matching of industrial development factors,and weak quality and efficiency of services for enterprises are closely related to the unclear positioning of the Suqian Municipal Government,poor coordination of the industrial management system,lagging management concepts behind industrial development,and ineffective segmentation of industrial services.Based on the current problems and reasons in the performance of government functions in the development of the digital economy industry in Suqian City,the Suqian City Government should start from strengthening the top-level design of the digital economy industry,strengthening the supply of digital economy industry policies,strengthening the protection of digital economy industry elements,and continuously improving the quality and efficiency of industrial services.It should continuously optimize the government functions in the development of the digital economy industry in Suqian City,and provide impetus for the development of the digital economy industry,To achieve sustainable development.
