| At present,facing the strategic goal of building a world-class state-owned enterprise with international competitiveness and achieving high-quality leapfrog development,as well as the increasingly onerous task of reform,development and management,the party building work of state-owned enterprises is facing new situations,new tasks and new requirements.This research is at a new historical stage in China based on the new development stage,implementing the new development concept,building a new development pattern,and promoting high-quality development,under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,taking CAHIC as an example,this research will explore how the Party building can lead and ensure the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.Using research methods such as literature research,questionnaire,Interview survey,case analysis,etc.,to understand the development status quo and dialectical relationship between the party building and highquality development of state-owned enterprises,interpret the overall situation and main practices of the party building leading the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,analyze the existing problems and reasons,summarize the experience of other party building leading the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises,and combine with the strategic requirements of high-quality development of China Pastoral,put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the overall leadership of the Party,innovating the theoretical arm,strengthening the ideological guidance,deeply integrating the party building into the high-quality development path of China Pastoral,strengthening the function and organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations,and implementing the detailed,comprehensive and strict governance of the party,so as to enhance the high-quality effect of the party building leading enterprises. |
