Research On The Protection Of Digital Music Copyright

Based on the background of the development of the Internet and digital technology,digital music has basically become an indispensable part of people’s lives.The emergence of digital music has brought great impetus to the development of the digital economy,but digital music has also brought considerable challenges to my country’s digital music copyright legal system.As my country’s legal system continues to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights,digital The problems of music copyright protection are highlighted,and these problems need to be solved and improved.With the deepening of digital copyright governance and protection,due to the rise of digital music platforms and self-media platforms,the legal system of digital music copyright lags behind.The problem of digital music copyright infringement is becoming more and more serious,and has even affected the digital music industry healthy growth.So this article deeply analyzes the problems of the current digital music copyright legal protection system in my country from three aspects: digital music infringement,copyright exclusive authorization,and digital music copyright management organization system,and expounds the shortcomings of my country’s digital music legal system protection.This article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is an overview of digital music copyright,through the analysis of the importance of digital music copyright protection to extend the development of digital music economy and the necessity of digital music copyright industry development.The second chapter is to analyze the legislation,judicial status,administrative agency protection status of my country’s digital music copyright protection and the current dilemma of my country’s digital music copyright protection.In-depth analysis and discussion are carried out on the three issues of the division of digital music infringement responsibilities and the improvement of the digital music copyright management organization system.The third chapter summarizes the legal protection system of digital music copyright abroad,and analyzes the advantages of foreign digital music copyright protection system,and draws the enlightenment for our country’s digital music copyright legal protection system.The fourth chapter puts forward suggestions for digital music copyright protection in my country from three perspectives.The monopoly of exclusive authorization of digital music,the division of digital music infringement responsibilities between self-media platforms and users,and the improvement of digital music copyright management organization systems.
