Research On The Influencing Mechanism Of Public Risk Perception On Network Public Opinion Of Emergency

With the comprehensive application of network technology,the problem of network public opinion becomes more and more prominent,which seriously harms the mental health of netizens and the network environment.Although the network has brought convenience to the public life and is the main channel to obtain information,large-scale network information will affect the emotions and opinions of netizens,and become a virtual place to cultivate and produce social contradictions,highlighting social contradictions.China has entered the high-risk stage of frequent emergencies.After the online release of emergencies,the public will have a heated discussion about the events.The online public opinion of emergencies represents the real social situation.Therefore,it is of great significance to master the core factors affecting the popularity of online public opinions,explore their mutual relationship and influence mechanism,provide reference for the guidance of online public opinions,and make online public opinions develop in a positive and healthy direction,which is of great significance to promote the harmony and stability of China’s network space and society.Based on the theory of risk perception,this study studies the influencing factors of public risk perception in emergencies and puts forward a research model.In this study,structural equation model was used to establish the influencing factors model of public risk perception in emergencies,and empirical research was carried out by designing the questionnaire "Research on influencing factors of public risk perception in emergencies",so as to explore the correlation of influencing factors of public risk perception in emergencies.The results show that government credibility can reduce the risk perception of the public,and event characteristics,network media and emotional factors positively affect the risk perception of the public.In emergencies,the improvement of government credibility can help reduce the risk perception of the public,and the reasonable coverage of network media and the alleviation of negative emotions can also help reduce the risk perception level.This study uses the system dynamics method to build a system dynamics model of the impact of public risk perception on the network public opinion of emergencies and carries out simulation analysis.The simulation results show that the authority of the news spokesman,the degree of government information openness,media attention,opinion leaders,mortality and other variables have an important impact on the popularity of online public opinion.Accordingly,combined with the theory of collaborative governance,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the government,network media and the public,respectively,to reduce the level of risk perception of the public,guide the healthy development of online public opinion,and provide decision-making reference for the governance of online public opinion in emergencies of government departments.
