Legal Regulation Of Illegal Employment Of Ordinary Aliens

In recent decades,the rapid economic development and the breadth and depth of opening up have increased,attracting a large number of foreigners to develop in our country.The influx of foreigners in China brings advanced technology,management experience,capital and so on,but also to social management in our country,especially the management of job market,brings great challenges.Early work of foreigners in China,the number of small,mostly for enterprise senior management,technical personnel,cultural and educational experts,and the early work of foreigners in China is different,the number of foreigners in China at the present stage is increasing,uneven quality,participation in the industry is gradually extensive,the phenomenon of illegal work is becoming more and more intense.Foreigners work illegally in our country,its qualifications are difficult to research,the rights and interests of consumers are easy to be damaged,it will also seize our post resources,bring some impact on our people’s employment,affect supply and demand balance in our labor market and the stability of social order.Therefore,in order to make the relevant laws and regulations to adjust the scope of more comprehensive,regulate foreigners in our employment efforts,fully meet the current social demand for foreigners in China employment standards,this thesis will launch a series of discussion,from the understanding of relevant concepts,understand the distribution of illegal work of foreigners in the industry,found the characteristics of the illegal employment situation,By grasping the universality and particularity of these situations,by analyzing the existing series of laws and regulations in our country,we find the insufficient legislation and blank in the scope of the existing system and legislation.By summarizing the German and Japan’s legislation and governance experience in this field,we put forward a series of legislative suggestions which are suitable for the current situation in our country,so as to enhance the effect of legal adjustment.We will improve the efficiency and coordination of law enforcement by competent departments to ensure high-quality social and economic development.
