With the development of globalization,international economic trade,migration and cultural exchanges,transnational marriage has become popular.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,and people's living standards have been greatly improved.More and more citizen of Myanmar and Vietnam began to entry and married our citizens.These kind of marriage is common in China's southwestern provinces,like Yunnan and Guangxi which are adjacent to these countries.Some of these foreigners entered with no valid identity documents,and didn't handle marriage registration,hence they became the illegal immigrants in China and this kind of marriage is called Sino-Foreigner Marriage.The illegal Sino-Foreigner Marriages reflect the loophole and insufficiency in fighting against illegal immigration and marriage registration,violate China's sovereignty and arise a series of family and social problems.Based on the above,taking the illegal immigration in Sino-Foreigner Marriage in Yunnan,Guangxi and Shanxi province as example,the article focuses on illegal immigrants problem between China,Myanmar and Vietnam.By analyzing the causes and characteristics of illegal immigrants in Sino-Foreigner marriage,the paper reveals the problems and difficulties the China facing in governing and fighting against it.By drawing some typical methods and specific measures from western countries in dealing with illegal immigrants,the author puts forward some methods,like strengthening laws and enforcement,improving the functions of the organs,strengthening law enforcement team,deepening internal cooperation and expanding international cooperation.The author also points out that classification processing,widening the ways of the legal marriage immigrants,and cracking down the illegal ones from their entry,residence and penalty in a closed loop will safeguard China 's security and stability more effectively.
