Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Empty-Nesters Community Pension In G District Of Xuzhou City

With the accelerating pace of population aging population and the miniaturization trend of the family structure,the proportion of empty nesters will further improve.The government and all sectors of society pay more attention to pension model,they has continued to explore the kinds of this model.Community home-based care services are being more and more concerned.However,empty nesters pension issue has heavy burden,there are many difficulties in the implementation process of community support,we have to improve this phenomenon timely.This thesis uses the methods of literature analysis,concept definition and investigation,combination with specific cases,analyses the current situation of community elderly care for empty-nest elderly in G District of Xuzhou City,founds the specific problems and puts forward reasonable suggestions.First,this thesis analyzes the necessity of community elderly care service for empty nest elderly,the process and effect of community service development,and the investigation and operation of the status quo of community elderly care service,and make a specific analysis of the necessity of community elderly care service for empty-nest elderly,process and effect of community service development,investigation and operation of the status quo of community elderly care service.Second,through the investigation,there are still some problems in the community pension of empty-nest elderly,such as the service is not based on the actual needs of the empty-nest elderly,few types of elderly care services,low professional level of staff,insufficient responsibility of management department.It can be shown in the following aspects: First,there are almost no targeted services for the elderly in the community.Only during holidays,enterprises and organizations can community workers provide living allowances,door-based care and collective activities for the empty-nesters.Second,there are very few types of community service projects for the aged,and the operation often stagnates.Third,the community provides services for the empty-nesters mainly street workers and part of the volunteers,these personnel mobility,have not received professional nursing knowledge training.Fourth,the government lacks practical guidance and supervision of community home care,and the implementation of responsibility is not specific.Finally,this thesis draws on the experience of community elderly care of empty nest elderly at home and abroad,put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the community elderly care service system for empty nest elderly.It is necessary to reasonably plan the community elderly care service resources based on the needs of the empty nest elderly,enrich the existing elderly care service content,strengthen the professional level of the community elderly care service workers,establish an incentive mechanism,and clarify the government’s leading responsibility.
