Study On The Demand And Influencing Factors Of Home Care Service For The Empty-nesters In Huozhou ——Based On Censydiam User Motivation Analysis Model

My country has the largest elderly population in the world.With the influx of young laborers to big cities,the number of empty-nest elderly people in small and medium-sized cities has increased sharply,creating a large demand for elderly care.The pension issue has become the focus of social attention.At present,the traditional family pension model has been impacted,and the institutional pension is not accepted by most empty-nest elderly and their families.Therefore,community home-based care that combines the advantages of the two is an important way for empty-nest elderly to get rid of the predicament of old-age care and ensure their later life.However,my country’s community-based home-based care is still in the initial stage of development,and most of them have the phenomenon of imbalance between supply and demand.In order to solve this problem and promote the better development of community-based home-based care services,it is necessary to provide more accurate community-based home-based care services for the empty-nesters based on their practical motivation and needs.This paper takes the empty-nest elderly in Huozhou as the research object,and tries to apply the Censydiam user motivation analysis model to the demand research of elderly care services,and integrates the "eight motivations" in the model into hedonic exploration,personality ability,Comfort,safety and communication belong to four categories.Based on literature analysis and ERG theory,the items and influencing factors of community home-based elderly care service needs of empty nesters were determined,and 21 specific items were selected according to four types of motivation to investigate the elderly care service needs of empty nesters,17 variables were selected from the three aspects of the empty nesters’ individual characteristics,health status,and family relationships to design and distribute questionnaires.The collected data were used to conduct a concrete empirical analysis on the influencing factors of the four types of demands.Finally,based on the empirical research results,some suggestions are put forward for the development of home-based care services in the empty-nest elderly community in Huozhou,including changing the ideological concept of empty-nest elderly and improving the awareness of elderly-care services;attaching importance to the economic security of empty-nest elderly to ensure the quality of life of the elderly;accurately identifying the motivation and needs of elderly care,to provide diversified elderly care services;to give full play to the collaborative power of multiple subjects,and to improve the professionalism of elderly care services.In this study,the "eight motives" of the Censydiam user motivation analysis model were appropriately adjusted and applied to the research on the needs of home-based care services for the empty-nest elderly in the community.To a certain extent,it broadens the research perspective on the elderly care needs of empty nesters.It also has certain reference significance for the development of community home-based elderly care services,so that it can develop towards a balance of supply and demand to avoid waste of resources,and truly play a role in improving the happiness of elderly life.It has certain value for social harmony and stability.
