Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Social Stability Risk Assessment Of Major Decision-Making In Xuzhou City

Carrying out social stability risk assessment of major decisions is an important measure to promote scientific,democratic and legal decision-making,prevent and resolve social contradictions and risks from the source,ensure the smooth implementation of major decisions,serve the overall situation of reform,development and stability,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.It is of great practical significance to prevent and resolve major risks under the new situation.This thesis takes the operation of social stability risk assessment of major decision-making in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province as the theme,focuses on the key links in the implementation of social stability risk assessment,and studies and analyzes the current situation of social stability risk assessment of major decision-making in Xuzhou City by means of data collection,interview and questionnaire survey.Find out the existing problems,analyze the causes of the problems,and try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions,seek to optimize and improve the social stability risk assessment system and mechanism of major decision-making,in order to provide useful reference.The article mainly discusses from four parts : The first part is to introduce the basic situation of the social stability risk assessment system and mechanism of major decision-making in Xuzhou,including the institutional framework,the division of labor and responsibility of all parties,the general procedure of implementing the assessment and the practice of the city ’s work.The second part presents the overall situation of the social stability risk assessment of major decision-making in the city in the form of data and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the situation.The third part is based on the data and the results of the questionnaire survey,pointing out the problems existing in the four aspects of the system and mechanism,the participants,the implementation process and the application of the results of the social stability risk assessment of the major decision-making in the city.The fourth part is based on the content of the questionnaire survey and the actual work of the author,according to the root cause,the main reason,the logical relationship of other reasons to analyze the causes of the problems;the fourth part is to put forward opinions and suggestions on improving the work of the city from the aspects of innovating ideological understanding,improving institutional mechanisms,and giving full play to the functions of responsible subjects.
