Research On The Leadership Of The Communist Party Of China On Aging In The New Era And Its Basic Experience

Aging population is an important trend of social development and a basic national condition for a long period of time.It is an important measure to achieve high-quality economic development,safeguard national security and social stability,and is of great significance to building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the CPC Central Committee has always paid close attention to the issue of aging and the development of aging cause.The most fundamental reason for the historical achievement of the development of the aging cause is to adhere to the correct leadership of the Party and display the superiority of the socialist system.The research and analysis of the work of the CPC leading the aging in the new era and its basic experience from the perspective of the sinicization of Marxism has certain significance and value in summarizing the experience of the CPC leading the aging work in the new era,strengthening and promoting the development of the aging work in the new era,and strengthening the theoretical research of the aging work.This study first discusses the basis for selecting the topic and elaborates on the theoretical and practical significance of this study.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theories involved in the study were discussed,which laid the theoretical research foundation for this study.The third part combs the historical evolution of the CPC’s aging work since the founding of the Party.The fourth part analyzes and discusses the strategic measures and innovative practices of the CPC in leading the aging work in the new era from two aspects: the strategic measures and innovative practices of the CPC in leading the aging work in the new era.Taking the aging work in Shanghai and Qunfang Community in Shenyang City as an example,it highlights the detailed layout,planning and construction of the CPC in leading the aging work in the new era.The fifth discusses and analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by the CPC in leading the aging work.At last,it analyzes and discusses from the two parts of the innovative experience and enlightenment of the CPC’s aging work in the new era and the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the aging work.On the one hand,it summarizes and discusses the experience of the aging work in the new era rising to the national strategic height,and on the other hand,endow the era with requirements in response to the practical challenges of aging work.
