A Comparative Study On The Thought And Practice Of Workers’ Movement Between Su Zhaozheng And Deng Zhongxia

As leaders of the workers’ movement in the same period,Su Zhaozheng and Deng Zhongxia provided reliable experience for the Communist Party of China to formulate effective methods of the workers’ movement and build a scientific trade union organization,and then made great contributions to the development of China’s proletarian revolution.In the practice of leading the workers’ movement,they closely combined Marxism with the workers’ movement,formed their own characteristic labor movement theory,opened up a path of workers’ movement in line with China’s national conditions,and enriched the labor movement theory of the Communist Party of China.In both work and life,there is a close connection between them.The practice and theory of the workers’ movement have both commonness and individuality,and have the conditions for comparative research.The background of Su Zhaozheng and Deng Zhongxia is an important condition for the formation of their workers’ movement theory.The outbreak of the world proletarian wave brought Marxism to China,the Northern Warlords squeezed the workers and intensified social contradictions,and the May 4th Movement promoted the awakening of workers’ patriotic consciousness.This social background prompted them to lead the workers’ movement.However,their family background,educational experience and practical experience of participating in the revolution are different,which is the source of their differences in the practice and thought of the workers’ movement.Taking workers’ ideological education,public opinion publicity and trade union construction as the starting point,this paper compares the similarities and differences between Su Zhaozheng and Deng Zhongxia in the practice of workers’ movement.The comparison of workers’ ideological education shows that Su Zhaozheng’s ideological education is from an economic point of view,most of the people are seafarers and workers,and the means of ideological education is relatively single.Deng Zhongxia’s ideological education,from the perspective of class,has a wider audience,including workers,farmers and students,and has richer educational means.In the publicity of public opinion,their publicity perspectives are also different,and their publicity means have their own characteristics.In terms of trade union construction,due to their different positioning of trade union organizations,they pay different attention to the construction of workers’ armed forces and the legalization of trade unions.However,they jointly promote the democratization of trade union organizations,put forward feasible schemes and put them into practice.Finally,it traces their life experience,analyzes the similarities and differences of the practice and thought of the workers’ movement,explores their contribution to the theory of China’s workers’ movement,and provides experience and reference for the development of trade union work in the new era.Their thoughts of workers’ movement not only enriched the theory of China’s workers’ movement,but also had an important impact on the formulation and implementation of our party’s workers’ movement policy.Among them,Deng Zhongxia organized the first batch of new trade unions in the history of Chinese revolution and constructed a more scientific trade union organization management system.Su Zhaozheng made an important contribution to the early alliance of the working class in various industries,and pointed out the importance of establishing workers’ armed forces.In addition,the work experience summarized from their trade union thought includes adhering to the party’s leadership,paying attention to the needs of workers,carrying out trade union work according to law and scientifically organizing workers’ Ideological and political education.These methods can still provide important reference for workers’ organization and management and trade union work in the new era,and can still provide important theoretical reference and valuable experience for trade union construction and innovation in the new era.
