| According to the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,we will promote the building of a healthy China,give strategic priority to ensuring the health of the people,establish a policy system to support childbirth,and actively implement a national strategy to cope with an aging population.With the continuous development of our country’s economy,women’s status and role at work have also gradually become important.Taiyuan,the capital of Shanxi Province,is a city with fast economic development,and the fertility of women in the workplace has been a concern.Since the implementation of the "three-child policy" in 2021,relevant supporting policies have been introduced across the country,and how to improve the willingness of working women to have children has naturally become a big problem facing the public.This paper aims to establish an evaluation system for the fertility intention of female employees in Taiyuan through empirical analysis,so as to provide references for policy makers and enterprises.The author adheres to the problem-oriented,comprehensive use of literature review,comparative research,investigation and analysis methods to carry out research and discussion.Firstly,a series of basic,innovative and developmental factors to evaluate the fertility intention of female workers in Taiyuan were put forward as indicators of the fertility intention model.The fuzzy Delphi method was used to ask experts to score the importance of indicators.Then,the double triangular fuzzy number was used to integrate expert opinions and the gray zone test was used to check the consistency of expert cognition.After adjusting the model,the weights of model indicators were determined by analytic hierarchy process,a hierarchical model was established,experts were invited to score the relative importance of indicators in the way of paired comparison,and a judgment matrix was established.The rationality of index weight distribution was tested by calculating the random consistency ratio of the matrix,and an evaluation system of female fertility intention in Taiyuan was finally obtained.Finally,according to the evaluation system,practical countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,including suggestions from the social level to strengthen the publicity of gender equality,increase medical input,adjust the maternity insurance policy,strengthen the supervision of gender discrimination,and develop the nurseries.Employers suggest creating a "female-friendly" working environment and strictly implementing the childrearing system;At the level of family and working women themselves,it is suggested to share the pressure of having children,respect the reproductive autonomy of working women,pay attention to the physical and mental health of working women,strengthen the protection of their rights and interests,and improve their competitiveness. |
