Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Organizations Of The China Association For The Promotion Of Democracy

The multi-party cooperation system and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China are a basic political system in China.The China Association for the Promotion of Democracy is one of the eight democratic parties that cooperate fully with the Communist Party of China.It is a socialist political party with Chinese characteristics.Since its establishment in 1956,The China Association for the Promotion of Democracy in city B has made great progress in the construction of grass-roots organizations.However,affected by many factors,the construction of grass-roots organizations still faces a series of problems.This paper mainly studies the problems in the development of grass-roots organizations of democratic parties at this stage,summarizes and analyzes the reasons,and then finds out solutions to promote the healthy development of grass-roots organizations better.Through the methods of questionnaire,interview and case analysis,this paper studies and analyzes the construction of the leading group,organizational system,member team and organizational activities of the grass-roots organizations of democratic parties,and finds that there are some problems in the grass-roots organizations,such as the role of the leading group is not enough,the grass-roots organization system is not perfect,the scientific nature of the institutional setting is not strong enough,and the organizational function is not enough.By using the structural organization theory and incentive theory,the main reasons are as follows:the insufficient strength of ideological and political work,the strengthening of the mobility of members,the lack of funds and venues,the single form of activities and so on.In view of these reasons and problems,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from four aspects: strengthening ideological work,grasping organizational construction,strengthening work norm,and enhancing organizational cohesion.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: There are innovations in the research perspective.Starting with the elements of structural organization.And the research object is also innovative.The grass-roots organizations of China Association for the Promotion of Democracy in city B is researched Meticulously.There are in-depth interviews with the members of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy in city B,and the statistical data is authoritative,there by a detailed analysis of the current situation can be made for the grass-roots organizations of China Association for the Promotion of Democracy in city B.
