Research On The Optimization Of Social Service For Grassroots Organizations Of Democratic Parties

At present,although the grassroots organizations of democratic parties have achieved good results in social service work,the current social development is rapid,and grassroots organizations of all parties are also facing new demands for social service.How to deeply expand the connotation of social service,innovate the mode of social service,and continuously and deeply carry out social service work has become an urgent problem to be solved in the social service practice of grassroots organizations of democratic parties.Under the current situation of high-quality economic and social development,how do democratic parties effectively give play to the advantages of grass-roots organizations,seek innovative methods,approaches and models for social service work,and improve the level of social service work of the parties,with regard to such hot issues concerning people’s livelihood as the inclusive development of education,the building of a healthy China and the revitalization of rural areas? This requires continuous exploration and study by grass-roots organizations of democratic parties.Y City currently has six grassroots democratic party organizations,namely,the Democratic Revolution Branch,the Democratic League Branch,the Democratic Progressive Party Branch,the Civil Construction Branch,the Agricultural and Industrial Democratic Party Branch,and the Jiusan Branch.Each party has been awarded the honors of "Advanced Collective for Political Participation and Discussion Work" in Shanxi Province for six consecutive years,and has been awarded the collective honors of "Advanced Demonstration Branch" in X City for 10 consecutive years.It has actively performed the functions of participating parties,and has made new achievements in its own construction,social services,and other work,It has contributed wisdom and strength to promoting the high-quality and high-speed transformation and development of Y City.This article takes the social service work of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in Y City as an example,and based on the perspectives of political science,organizational behavior,and management science,conducts research on the social service work of grassroots organizations of democratic parties,sorts out the current situation of their party social service work,analyzes the experience and problems of social service work of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in Y City,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures for the social service practice of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in response to relevant issues,With a view to providing high-quality social services to grassroots organizations of democratic parties,expanding their social service models,giving full play to the functions of democratic parties participating in politics,and striving to provide intellectual support for democratic parties to effectively carry out social service work around the goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first chapter clarifies the core concepts and the connotation of the related theories,and analyzes the significance of strengthening the social service of the grass-roots organizations of democratic parties by using the united front theory,organization theory and incentive theory.The second chapter focuses on the Y-city democratic party grassroots organizations of social services.Starting with the basic situation of the grass-roots organizations of the democratic parties in Y city,this paper summarizes the experiences of the democratic parties in Y city.In the third chapter,the author discusses the problems and causes of the social service of the grassroots organizations of the democratic parties in Y city.There are four problems:first,the service content converges to a single activity,second,members are part-time and limited time and space,third,problems are mainly solved by personal strength,fourth,lack of motivation.There are four corresponding reasons: First,lack of innovation and planning of service content,second,lack of systematic working mechanism of social services,third,lack of necessary resources,fourth,weak and difficult to quantify the effect of social services.Based on the above research and the work practice of the grass-roots united front department,the following suggestions are put forward: First,to innovate the service content and form;second,to perfect the social service mechanism;third,to integrate the resource advantages;fourth,to perfect the evaluation mechanism.Based on the research,this paper holds that the grassroots organizations of democratic parties shall first attach great importance to social services,include them in the annual key tasks of the democratic parties,and in combination with the local economic and social development level,understand the needs and expectations of the grassroots people,effectively carry out the social service practice of grassroots organizations of democratic parties,and create famous social service brands with characteristics suitable for local needs.Through the orientation of social service objectives,innovate the types of service items,gather the forces from all walks of life,and demonstrate the political value of the grassroots organizations of democratic parties in performing their duties;through improving the social service management mechanism,allocate professional social service talent teams,give play to party characteristics to exchange excellent social service experience,and comprehensively improve the social service capacity of grassroots organizations of democratic parties;through integrating the advantages of democratic parties,obtain the resources and security of all parties,innovate social service modes,and establish an efficient and lasting social service mechanism for grassroots organizations of democratic parties;through strengthening theoretical training and study,improve the assessment and incentive system,and enhance the sense of mission and sense of honor of members of grassroots organizations of democratic parties in participating in social services.All democratic parties shall adhere to the correct political direction,earnestly perform their duties and responsibilities,combine the advantages of multi-party cooperation with the overall situation of the center,go deep into grassroots organizations to carry out investigation and research,implement the social service work of grassroots organizations of democratic parties,and contribute wisdom and strength to the united front cause.
