Research On The Construction And Sustainable Development Of A Benign Political Ecology In Grassroots Government

China is a country with profound history.Since ancient times,rulers of all dynasties have paid attention to the construction of political ecology.The successful convening of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the way forward for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.At the same time,it has put forward higher requirements for us: we must adhere to the combination of the Party’s leadership and the people’s ownership of the country,take development as the first priority of the Party’s ruling and rejuvenating the country,and unswervingly take the road to common prosperity.Only by building a clean and positive political environment can we establish a solid institutional support for the realization of the Chinese Dream and develop steadily in a changing international environment.This paper takes the benign political ecology of the grass-roots government as the research object,combs the relevant theories,takes the political ecology theory and the political development theory as the theoretical basis,constructs the benign political ecology of the grass-roots government,and finally conducts empirical research on the main factors affecting the construction of the political ecology of the grass-roots government and puts forward development countermeasures.First of all,the article is discussed in general,including the research background,research significance and domestic and foreign overview;Secondly,it defines the relevant concepts of "grassroots government","political ecology and benign political ecology" in the study of the political ecology of grassroots government,so as to clarify the theoretical boundary for the research,and use the "political ecology theory" and "political development theory" to lay the theoretical foundation;Then,it makes a theoretical discussion on the harmfulness,necessity,construction requirements,construction objectives and practical path of the benign political ecology of the grass-roots government;Thirdly,empirical research on the political ecology of grass-roots governments.Through the empirical investigation of the current situation of the political ecology of the grass-roots government,in the empirical investigation and analysis,the causes of the problems are summarized and analyzed from the main body of the political ecology construction,policy implementation,supervision system,political culture and other aspects,so as to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of the political ecology.Good social atmosphere,stable social development and excellent traditional culture play an important role in shaping the political ecological environment of "clean and upright".Finally,we should explore and solve the main problems of the grass-roots political ecology from the aspects of strengthening the ideological and moral construction,the scientific nature of policies,improving the supervision and supervision mechanism,and developing a healthy and upward political culture.
