Research On The Path Of Social Capital To Help Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is an important part of the overall plan of our country’s socialist cause.Its main task is to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation,comprehensively promote rural rejuvenation,and ultimately realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At present,china is going through a critical period to ensure that the achievements of poverty reduction are effectively consolidated and effectively connected with rural recovery,which has posed a new test to rural construction work.There are some practical problems that need to be solved urgently,and every rural builder faces them,while the lack of social capital is an important obstacle to rural revitalization construction.In the overall requirements of the rural renewal strategy,the construction and development of any party is inseparable from the help of social capital.Therefore,the research on the contribution of social capital to rural renewal is based on the three dimensions of trust,norms and networks.This is not only of great significance in theory,but also of great benefit to solving current practical problems.At the same time,it also provides a new perspective for rural revitalization.From the perspective of management,the best way to achieve rural rejuvenation is for several actors to actively participate in rural public affairs,pool resources within the framework of cooperation and interaction,and jointly arrange rural areas to promote rural construction and development.There is currently less research on how social capital promotes rural renewal.Therefore,the article tries to increase the stock of social capital from three angles: increase social trust,strengthen social norms and change social networks to better serve the rural revival.In particular,on the basis of clarifying the concept of social capital and the internal logic of Rural Renewal,a thorough understanding of the mechanism for implementing the Rural Renewal Strategy,a systematic presentation of the functional role between social capital and the implementation of Rural Renewal,and an analysis of the dilemma of social capital to promote rural renewal.Based on the analysis of the dilemma of social capital,in order to help revive rural areas,to study their practical countermeasures in the aspect of the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,put forward new practical ideas,new measures and new practices on how to better cultivate social capital in the new historical conditions,in order to achieve effective consolidation of poverty reduction achievements,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,continue to modernize agriculture and rural areas,and also to implement sustainable development and Rural Development.Create appropriate systems to provide guidance to increase awareness of governance;establish social trust and lay the foundation for cooperation;improve social norms and strengthen additional informal guarantees;create a dense social network to create a meaningful means of effective communication.
