Urban-rural Integration In Huainan Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Development Evaluation Research

With the gradual promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the integration of urban and rural areas will enter a new stage.Giving priority to the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,adhering to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and strengthening the flow of factors between urban and rural areas are effective ways to further promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Only by breaking the urban-rural dual structure can we get rid of the dilemma of unbalanced development between urban and rural areas,so that rural areas can obtain the same status as urban and rural areas and achieve common development.Huainan City,as a resource-based city,has the need of transformation.In the early stage,it relies heavily on coal to promote economic development,which is no longer suitable for the current green development route.In the promotion of rural revitalization,it is necessary to highlight the functional positioning,continue to effectively expand the county economy,and do a good job in the integration of urban and rural economic development,to lay a solid foundation for the transformation.Therefore,the study of Huainan City’s urban-rural integration degree has reference significance for the urban-rural integration development of Huainan City.This thesis takes Huainan City as the research area,constructs the evaluation system of urban-rural integration from five dimensions of economy,ecology,population,society and culture,and uses the comprehensive index evaluation model to calculate the overall urban-rural integration degree of Huainan City from 2012 to 2021 as well as the comprehensive scores of each criterion layer.Secondly,the gray prediction model is used to predict the overall urban-rural integration and the integration development trend of each criterion layer in Huainan City during 2022-2026.Finally,based on the data and descriptive analysis results,the problems in the urban-rural integration development of Huainan City are obtained,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the problems.The results show that:(1)The overall development of urban-rural integration in Huainan City showed an upward trend from 2012 to 2021,and the overall fluctuation was great from 2014 to 2017,and the upward trend of urban-rural development level slowed down from 2019 to 2021.The overall fusion stage is in the intermediate advanced stage of fusion,but has not reached the advanced stage of fusion.(2)From 2012 to 2021,all criterion layers in Huainan City showed an overall trend of fluctuation and rise.Until 2021,except the ecological integration showed a trend of decline,the other criterion layers still showed a stable trend of rise.(3)Through the grey prediction model,the predicted value is basically consistent with the actual value without large deviation.Only the predicted value from 2015 to 2017 has a small fluctuation around the actual value curve,and the predicted result is good.From2022 to 2026,the overall urban-rural integration degree and the predicted values of each criterion layer integration degree of Huainan City showed an increasing trend.(4)In view of the problems existing in the urban-rural integration of Huainan City,it proposes to gradually strengthen the guidance of the government,do a good job in empowering and enhancing the ability,promoting agricultural modernization,developing Digital village,firmly developing the green and ecological development road,constructing livable environment,taking small towns as units,promoting local urbanization,improving infrastructure construction,and enriching recreational activities.
