Research On The Loyalty Cultivation Of The People’s Police In The New Era

The people’s democratic dictatorship is bolstered by public security organs,which serve as a "sword" wielded by both the Party and the populace.Political nature is the first attribute,and politics is the first requirement.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the general requirements of “four sentences, sixteen words” for public security work,which included loyalty to the Party,serving the people,justice in law enforcement,and rigorous discipline,with loyalty to the Party being the foremost one.The public security team must,in the midst of the dangers,temptations,dangers and difficulties of the present social transformation era,be unwaveringly devoted to the Party,the nation,the populace and the law through loyalty instruction,and in doing so,be the builder and protector of the socialist cause.The paper,guided by Marxism’s fundamental tenets and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new Era,fully executes the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s significant address,discourse,and guidance on public security,meticulously examines the fundamental concept of loyalty instruction,closely amalgamates the past loyalty education of the people’s police,and evaluates the present difficulties and difficulties.Adopting a problem-oriented,goal-oriented,and result-oriented approach,this paper is divided into five parts.The first part delves into the research significance,research trends at home and abroad,and the research ideas of this paper,all in order to introduce a new era to bolster and enhance the public security organs of the people’s police loyalty education ideas.The second part of this paper elucidates the related concepts of loyalty education for public security organs,and elucidates the theoretical basis and importance of such education.The third part reviews the loyalty education of these organs,summarizing the experience and enlightenment.Lastly,the fourth part examines the public security organs’ police loyalty view of the current state of affairs,examining the existing issues and their causes.In the new era,the fifth part proposes three key strategies for enhancing and augmenting the loyalty education of the people’s police: first,to take on the esteemed tradition;second,to employ inventive techniques;and third,to bolster organization and execution.In the end,the paper summarizes and draws a conclusion.
