Research On The Loyalty Of The People's Police

President Xi Jinping has pointed out:"absolute loyalty to the party is the most important political discipline".Loyalty is the basic political quality and also the principle moral rule for the people's police.Guided by Marxist theory,during the long-term practice of socialist modernization construction,the public security organization inherited the spirit of Chinese traditional culture about loyalty,developed and enriched the merit of the socialist culture,and gradually formed the absolute loyalty to the party's political.Under such a comprehensively deepen reform period,fostering the loyal character of the people's police is of important theoretical and practical significance for the public security team construction.Based on fostering the loyal character of the people's police as theoretical basis,from the perspective of history and reality,related theories and practices of loyalty of the people's police are summarized and analyzed.Then,through the empirical research,the related factors affecting the police loyalty were investigates and the basic paths to foster loyalty of the people's police have been formed.When drawing the conclusions,more thinking and directions are raised and hopeful be inspire for related researchers.The thesis consists of six chapters,the basic logical structure and the main points are as follows:The first chapter of the thesis includes the theoretical foundation of the people's police loyal character.By excavating the theory for loyalty of the people's police,it can be found that the relevant theories of Marxist classical writers and the related theory in Marxism in China contain rich thought of loyalty and provide theoretical sources for the further development of this study.The second chapter of the thesis distills the basic connotation,content requirements and main characteristics of the loyalty quality of the people's police.A qualified people's police should be absolutely loyal to the party,to the motherland,to the people and to the law.In the practice of the law enforcement,a qualified people's police should strictly abide the professional ethics,protect the people safe and the social equity and justice,and work hard to achieve the unity of individual value and social value.The loyalty of the people's police is always with mandatory,demonstration and sacrifice of the occupation itself and the loyalty also shows its distinct characteristics.Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are about empirical research of status and the influencing factors of the people's police loyalty.By using the empirical method,the people's police loyalty scale and the factors influencing the loyalty scale were made.SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the 824 valid questionnaires and the results verified the presented hypothesis model.The status and influence factors of the current police loyalty were obtained objectively.On the basis of previous studies,this research took the professional loyalty as a separate dimension and was confirmed by the questionnaires.The result extended a space for the study of the people's police loyalty.The fifth chapter of the thesis presented the basic routes for cultivation of the people's police loyalty.Except the empirical research,this thesis carried out researches about strengthening the ideal faith education,improving institutional mechanisms of the loyalty,forcing the construction of the police image and police culture construction,and tried to form the basic routes for cultivating the people's police loyalty.This will promote the people's police to be the unity of knowledge and action in thought,institution,emotion and pathway,so that they can complete the historic missions better.Loyalty is the soul of the people's police professionalism.The people's police will only put the loyal spirit into the infinite service for the people,to be "Police for the Public,Enforcement for the People",to serve for every one of the "China dream",and deserves the glorious title "people" of the police.The completion of the mission needs the united power of the police and also the hard work of each the police,and will be a long way to go.
