Research On The Integration Of Party History Education Into The Ideological And Political Education Of Students In Higher Education Institutions

In February 2021,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the mobilization meeting of Party history education that "propaganda and education on the history of the Party,the history of new China,the history of reform and opening up,and the history of socialist development should be widely carried out in the whole society",to form a good learning atmosphere of knowing history and loving the Party,knowing history and loving the country in the whole society,and promote the learning of Party history into the brain and heart.Higher vocational colleges and universities are in a special position in the whole higher vocational system,and their social service function is more prominent,focusing on cultivating professional technical skills talents,and the importance of ideological and political education work needs to be improved.Therefore,strengthening the integration of Party history education into the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and universities has a guiding role in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral character,further enhancing the mission of the school to nurture people for the Party and talents for the country,injecting the soul of the school to cultivate the spirit of model workers,labor spirit and craftsmanship,promoting the dual enhancement of students’ vocational skills and cultural quality,focusing on cultivating high-quality skilled talents,and inspiring students to devote themselves to skills and serve the nation.The mission of the school is to cultivate the spirit of model workers and craftsmen,to promote the enhancement of students’ vocational skills and cultural quality,to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,and to motivate students to devote themselves to their skills and to be newcomers of the times who can take up the responsibility of national rejuvenation.To strengthen the functional effect of Party history education into the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational institutions and to explore the practical path of its integration,firstly,the necessity analysis,the detailed introduction of Party history education,the ideological and political education of Party history education,the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational institutions function,the connotation,importance and special features of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and universities are explained,lay the basic knowledge for deciphering the problems arising in party history education in higher vocational colleges and universities.Secondly,from the close relationship between Party history learning education and ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and universities,the Party history learning education is integrated into the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges and universities with the necessary prerequisites and foundation.Party history education and the ideological and political education of students in higher education institutions have a common ideological basis in terms of connotation,both are the inheritance and development of Marxism,and both are the "fundamental power" of college students to promote the modernization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.On the issue of training objectives,Party history education and ideological and political education of students in higher education institutions both contain the standards and requirements of talent cultivation and point out the basic laws of talent cultivation.Party history contains precious ideological and political education values,and has the value of educating people and improving the practical value of ideological and political education.In order to optimize the practical path of integrating Party history education into the ideological and political education of students in higher education institutions,on this basis,statistical analysis was conducted using questionnaire method to gain an in-depth understanding of the problems and causes of integrating Party history education into the ideological and political education of students in higher education institutions,and it was found that at present,due to the light emphasis on Party history education students in the Civic and Political Science courses in higher education institutions,the way of carrying out Party history education is rather boring and patterned,the limited teaching ability lacks The problems of content innovation and students’ initiative and enthusiasm in learning aren’ t high.Therefore,the optimization paths are explored in three dimensions: playing the role of the main channel of classroom education in ideological and political theory courses of higher education institutions,improving the ability and quality of the party history education team in higher education institutions and broadening the practical field of party history education in higher education institutions,to provide directions for strengthening the effectiveness of integrating party history education into the ideological and political education of students in higher education institutions.
