Research On Agricultural Credit Policy Implementation Problems And Countermeasures In R City, Jiangxi Province

The no.1 central government document of 2023 was released on February 13,emphasizing the role of the agricultural credit system.It is the 20 th central government document guiding agricultural development since the 21 st century,which shows that agriculture still occupies an important position in our country modernization development process.To support agricultural development,the most important thing is to increase the investment in agriculture.In order to support the development of agricultural production and operation of agriculture-related subjects,Government departments at all levels have also introduced a series of agricultural credit policies.As a major agricultural province,R city is the largest and largest population in Jiangxi Province,and agricultural production also plays an important role in Jiangxi Province.This paper studies the current situation of agricultural credit policy in R City through field visits and questionnaire survey.Although the level of agricultural credit in R City has been greatly improved after the implementation of agricultural credit policy,the problems exposed in the process of policy implementation can not be ignored.Problems in the process of financial institutions widespread positioning is not clear,agricultural credit policy propaganda does not reach the designated position,agricultural credit funds use efficiency and agricultural production mismatch,in the execution of the overall satisfaction of agricultural credit policy is not high,agricultural credit policy executives work ability and efficiency to improve,government support efforts to strengthen,the lack of effective regulatory system and incentive measures,agricultural subject credit risk high lead to agricultural loans rate higher a series of problems,these problems are hindering the development of R city agricultural credit.Through these discovered problems,this paper studies the causes and puts forward suggestions for policy optimization.Through the study of this paper,It aims to promote the development of agricultural credit in R City,reduce the threshold of agricultural credit,reasonable solve financing difficulties,realize the balance of the government,financial institutions and farmers,let the financial positive effect of rural revitalization to the largest,to improve R city agricultural development level,at the same time provide reference for agricultural credit policy development.
