Research On The Problems Of Implementation And Countermeasures On The “Internet Plus” Commercial Registration System Reform In Pingyang County

In the global continuous development of technological and industrial revolution process,the application of the Internet in the field of services,and its integrated development with various fields,which has broad prospects and unlimited potential,which has become an irresistible trend of the times.Pingyang County market supervision and Administration Bureau also continued to deepen the reform of the Commercial Registration System under the background of “Internet plus”,further reducing barriers to entry,stimulating market potential,and effectively promoting public entrepreneurship and innovation.In this paper,we take the reform of the “Internet plus” Commercial Registration System in Pingyang as the research object.Based on the understanding of the concept of“Internet plus”Commercial Registration System,we have adopted the basic theories of new public management,business process re-engineering,e-commerce,etc.,through the methods of literature survey and the satisfaction survey of the masses.This paper analyzes the current situation and possible problems of the reform of the “Internet plus”commercial registration system in Pingyang County,such as insufficient registration personnel at the window,complex registration application materials,and design a questionnaire for data analysis and necessary descriptive analysis,insufficient data sharing in the information system,etc,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation of Pingyang county,such as optimizing human resources allocation,fully implementing “Internet plus government”,establishing credit database for enterprises and so on.This paper has a certain reference value for the analysis of the current situation analysis of the “Internet plus” Commercial Registration System reform and the solution to the problem of the county-level government departments.
